This function is only available in Premium or higher plans.
To enable this feature, it is necessary to contact the support team within our chat.
Commissions and General Conditions
• 4% of the payment made by users will be charged.
• An additional $10 MXN will be charged for each payment made directly to the end user (not the organizer).
• A fee of $12.00 MXN will be charged for each transfer from your Sportwey account to your bank.
• A monthly fee of $35.00 MXN for online account management will be charged, only when the organizer has active payments.
• The payment will be transferred 7 days after the payment is received from the customer.
Example of Commissions
Suppose you receive 4 payments of $100 MXN from your customers on Monday, January 7th, this is what would happen.
Sportwey would take a total commission of $16.00 MXN (4% of $400.00 MXN).
Your digital account would reflect a credit amount of $384.00 MXN.
A transfer from your digital account to your bank account will be made on Monday, January 14th.
$12.00 MXN will be deducted from the transfer of that amount from the $384.00 MXN.
A transfer will be made to your bank account for the amount of $372.00 MXN.
At the end of the month, as your account has received online payments, a management fee of $35.00 MXN will be charged.
It's important to note that the amount your players pay directly through the app will be reflected in their balance with the previously specified amount. In other words, each one will see that they made a payment of $100.00 MXN.
